I specialize in translating complex healthcare strategy into actionable, board-ready deliverables—leveraging automation, design, and operational insight to support hospitals and health systems across finance, marketing, and community health domains. Previously, I served as a Senior Consultant with Forvis Mazars’ Healthcare Strategy and Finance team, the Manager of Operations in the department of eMedicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Health System, and as a full-time Fellow with the Cleveland Clinic. At UAB, we provided enhanced health care via telemedicine services while simultaneously expanded both inpatient and ambulatory care to benefit our most vulnerable patient populations. I personally oversaw both the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Platform and the Asynchronous Urgent Care platform. I helped interface and design these platforms through partnership with our vendors while advocating on behalf of these programs and utilizing grass roots efforts to market these regions.
